摘要

通过对ＣｕＯ／Ａｌ体系反应过程的研究，采用反应生成方法制备了Ａｌ２Ｏ３（ｐ）／Ａｌ－Ｃｕ复合材料，并对Ａｌ２Ｏ３颗粒在Ａｌ２Ｏ３（ｐ）／Ａｌ－Ｃｕ复合材料中的分散过程做了分析，得出了制备这种复合材料的工艺条件。

Abstract

In situ processed Al 2O 3（p）/A Cu composites were fabricated and the dispersing process of Al 2O 3 particles in them was analysed after studying on the reaction in CuO/Al system. The processing condition to fabricate such composites is given.
