摘要

压室中气体卷入金属液内而造成压铸件内部气孔是压铸过程常见的问题。针对这个问题进行过大量的研究和试验，并已取得了重大的进展，为发展慢压射技术奠定了理论基础。

Abstract

Porosity of die castings caused by air entrapped into the liquid metal in the shot sleeve is common problem of die csating process. Based on many works research works and experiments for this respect the theoretic foundation for the technique of slow shot has been laid.
