摘要

采用燕尾槽活块结构解决了卡头内腔出芯问题。通过铸件结构分析，在熔模铸造中设置冒口，并核算冒口有效补缩距离，选用多个浇（冒）口补缩，消除了拉环部位的轴向缩孔；与美国进口卡头作破坏性对比拉断试验以及拉力试验，结果表明，性能优于进口铸件，现已随抽油机配套出口，经济效益可观。

Abstract

The core shakeout problem for clamp casting was solved using dovetail slot structure. Axial shrinkage cavity in the carry ring were eliminated by calculation effective shrink distance of riser and using several risers （and runners） through casting construction analysis and leading riser design theory to investment casting. The quality of this casting is better than that of US clamp after destructive tensile test so as to obtain excellent economic benefit.
