摘要

金属液压溃涂层是消失模铸造中渗金属缺陷形成的最重要原因。增厚涂层或使用高温强度高的涂料是防止渗金属的最有效方法。阐明了为防止渗金属缺陷，在涂料配制、涂挂、加砂紧实中应注意的问题和具体工艺。

liquid metal crushing coating is the important cause of metal seeping defects. The most effective solution is to increase the coating thickness or to use high strenteh coating at high tempreture. Attentions have to be paid to coating ingredient
