摘要

在实际拉速１．４２ｍ／ｍｉｎ的实际工况下，通过漏钢坯壳获得了板坯连铸结晶器中坯壳的立体形貌，且对其凝固壳厚度分布进行了仔细测定。根据测定结果，分析了板坯宽面和窄面上的凝固差别，且给出了沿宽面和窄面中心线凝固比例系数的变化。坯壳的立体形貌和详实的凝固壳厚度分布数据给连铸过程数值模拟提供了宝贵的验证依据。

Abstract

The stereoshape of shell solidified within the mold of the continuous slab casting was obtained using a real breakout shell under the casting speed of 1.42 m/min. The distribution of solidified shell thickness was measured in detail. Based on the measured results

the difference of solidification process between the narrow face and broad face was investigated

and the variations of the proportional coefficient K in the square root of time law for the slab in the mold were shown along the centrallines of the narrow and broad faces of the slab. The present data can be used to validate the mathematical modeling of continuous casting process.
