Abstract

The annealing process for malleable cast iron in permanent mould has been studied. The results show that the first stage graphitization annealing time is decreased from 2 h to 45 min, and the second stage graphitization annealing time is shortened from 7 h 50 min to 5 h 50 min in comparison with malleable cast iron in sand mould.

摘要

研究了金属型可锻铸铁退火过程，结果表明，与砂型铸件相比，第一阶段石墨化退火由２ｈ减少至４５ｍｉｎ；第二阶段石墨化退火时间由７ｈ５０ｍｉｎ缩短至５ｈ５０ｍｉｎ。

Abstract

The annealing process for malleable cast iron in permanent mould has been studied. The results show that the first stage graphitization annealing time is decreased from 2 h to 45 min
