不可或缺。只有在形成规模效益的同时

组织好自动化程度较高的流水生产

才能有把握地稳定投产。因此在开发半固态成型生产之前

必须根据零件的特定要求

从技术、人才、规模、资金、动力、成本等诸多方面

作出全面、充分有力的论证。

Abstract

It is the successful means to promote the quality of die castings with SSP. Today some of the key technique of SSP are not been thoroughly understood and attend by many persons. When you take up with this technology and may be develop this method

not only the basic technical foundation and every cycle of operation programme must be done strictly but also meticulously controlled. Every new things

when it appeared in the world

the vitality can be full of life certainly. In the same time the concealing problems are also not been discovered and recognized. To re-create

promote and discover the know-how was very necessary. In this article

about these problems were been analysised one by one . Taken one with another. if any detail can be produced by common processing

gave up the way of SSP was the best selection were been suggested.
