摘要

试验研究了气化模铸造铸钢件表面增碳对力学性能的影响。测试了采用ＥＰＳ和ＰＭＭＡ模样浇铸船用集装箱角件时铸件的抗拉强度（σｂ）、屈服强度（σｓ）、伸长率（δ）、断面收缩率（ψ）和－２０℃下的冲击值（αｋ），并与熔模铸造时进行对比。试验得出，表面增碳使铸件的σｂ，δｓ，αｋ值增加，δ，ψ值降低。

Abstract

The effect of surface carburizing on the mechanical properties has been studied for steel castings in EPC. The tensile strengh（b）yield strenth （s）
