摘要

研究了ＴｉＢ２分布形态对ＡｌＴｉ５Ｂ中间合金细化效果的影响，以及如何控制操作工艺得到合适的ＴｉＢ２颗粒分布形态，以达到最佳细化效果。实验结果表明，当ＴｉＢ２呈均匀分布或者疏松聚集团状时，细化效果显著；当ＴｉＢ２呈密集型聚集团状时，细化效果差。另外，ＴｉＢ２颗粒大小影响其分布形态。

Abstract

Influence of distribution morphologies of TiB 2 particles on the refining characteristics of AlTi5B master alloys has been investigated.It has been found how to control the operating process for suitable distribution morphologies of TiB 2 particles so as to obtain optimum refining effect.The results showed that the refining effects were higher when small TiB 2 particles were uniformly distributed or loose\|gathered while the refining effects were lower when TiB 2 particles were densely distributed.In addition

the size of TiB 2 particles can influence their distribution.
