来探讨坯料温度分布不均匀的主要 原因;利用分析软件ANSYS和实验手段模拟二次加热模式
并以电动势传感器为例介绍二次加热的控制模型。
Abstract
Based on further analysis of the inductive heating principle
the skin effect and the electromagnetic end effect
the principal reason of bad temperature distribution along the specimen is discussed. Then the model of reheat-ing is simulated by the use of FEM code ANSYS and experiments. Finally eletromotance sensor is taken as an example to describe the control model of partial remelting.
