摘要

介绍了Ｔｉ－４８Ａｌ－２Ｃｒ－２Ｎｂ合金ＩＳＭ（感应凝壳熔炼方法）熔炼过程，研究了不同炉料状态对熔炼过程的影响。试验结果表明，当熔炼钛合金时，高熔点、高密度的合金元素应首先配制成中间合金以减少真空熔炼时合金元素的挥发损失。

Abstract

The Induction Skull Melting （ISM） process of Ti\|48Al\|2Cr\|2Nb is introduced and the influence of charge condition on the melting process is studied. The experimental results show that the alloying element with high melting point and high density sholud be prepared as the master alloys to decrease the evaporation of alloy element during vaccuum melting.\=
