摘要

特大型铝母线不同于一般的轧制用扁锭，在结晶槽、喇叭碗、引锭杆等铸造工器具的设计安装及主要工艺参数控制上均有其特点，通过克服表面裂纹、弯曲与波浪缺陷，生产出了目前国内最大尺寸的铸铝母线。

Abstract

The extra\|large aluminum bus differs from the conventional ingot for rolling especially in casting tool design and installation of crystallizer

bell shaped bowl and ingot guide rod as well as in main technological paramaters control.Through the overcoming surface crack

knife-shaped deformation and corrugation one of the largest aluminum buses at home have been made.
