摘要
研究了电磁感应重熔加热对半固态AlSi7Mg合金坯料温度场的影响。对于一定高度的感应器
坯料高度存在一个最佳值
此时坯料的轴向温差较小;当坯料超过这个高度时
坯料轴向温差增大;当坯料低于或等于这个高度
并采取适当端部保温措施
可使坯料轴向温差小于2℃。通过调整加热功率
可均匀半固态AlSi7Mg合金坯料的径向温度场
坯料的径向温度差最终小于2℃。
Abstract
Effects of induction heating on the temperature field in semi-solid AlSi7Mg alloy billets have been studied in this paper. The results have shown that when the indution height is given
the heated billets exist a appropriate height and the longitudinal temperature difference is smaller; if the billets are lower than the appropriate height
the longitudinal temperature diffrence is also smaller; if the billets are higher than the appropriate height
the longitudinal temperature diffrence is larger; if the billets are equal to or lower than the appropriate height and some thermal insulating materials are placed on the billet ends
the longitudinal temperature diffrence may be smaller than or equal to 2 ℃ . The results have also shown that the radial temperature field in semi-solid AlSi7Mg alloy billets can be more homogineous and the radial temperature diffrence may be smaller than or equal to 2 ℃ through adjusting the induction heating power.
