摘要

低压铸造过程控制的发展趋势是采用智能控制，本文提出一种新的热分析法——小波热分析，并在多传感器信息融合的基础上，建立了一种低压铸造的递阶智能控制结构体系，该结构将多种智能技术和人机协作集成于一体。

Intelligent control will inevitably be adopted in the control system of low pressure die casting. This paper proposes a new thermal analysis methodWavelet thermal analysis. Based on and multisensor data fusion structure

a hierarchinal intelligent control for low pressure die casting is established

which integrates intelligent techniques and manstruture machine cooperation into one system.
