结果表明
初晶硅可以被打碎
同时碎片有聚集长大的现象;在非平衡凝固过程中析出α相且可以被打碎
破碎的α相呈圆球状或蔷薇状分布在剩余的液相中。在试样表面有富硅层出现。
Abstract
The microstructure of Al-24%Si alloy with electromagnetic stirring has been studied. The results show that: Primary Si phase can be broken by the stirring
and the broken Si fragments have a coalescent tendency. During non-equilibrium solidification
a phase can also be broken and the broken a phase particles appears as round particle. There is a rich Si layer at the surface of the sample.
