rule-adaptive fuzzy control and integral algorithm analysis
thefilling control system of low pressure die casting is simulated. The simulation results show that the rule-adaptive fuzzy control has better static and dynamic performances
and follows filling curves very well and adapts to the changes of process parameters. Steady state error is eliminated and high overshoot is prevented by adopting integral separation algorithm with integral of the continuous value of the error. The proposed control scheme by combining on-line rule-adaptive algorithm and integral separation algorithm provides an effective solution to the control of low-pressure die casting filling system.
