摘要

传统的水解工艺是采用酒精作为中间媒介来促使硅酸乙酯与水的接触，进而发生水解反应，生产硅酸乙酯水解液。然后用硅酸乙酯水解液作为粘结剂，灌制出陶瓷型铸型。灌制出的铸型必须马上点火烧去酒精，避免铸型开裂。针对这一问题，采用超声波来促进硅酸乙酯与水的互相接触，使硅酸乙酯与水发生水解反应，生成硅酸乙酯水解液，避免酒精的浪费。经过一年的研究，已经取得一定的成果。

Abstract

The alcohol is used as medium to generate hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate in traditional ceramicmold casting process. The alcohol in the mold must be fired up immediately to avoid fissure. To solve this problem

supersonic wave was to be used to extend the interaction surface area between ethyl silicate and water for ethyl silicate hydrolyzing. And a large amount of alcohol is saved. Moreover

good quality is obtained.
