摘要

试验研究了Ａｌ－Ｓｉ－Ｍｎ－Ｆｅ合金的金相组织，电阻率及力学性能。为高转矩、高转差率的电机转子找到了一种既满足电阻率要求，又具有好的铸造性能和好的力学性能的铝合金配方。新铝合金材料及所得结论在高转矩、高转差率电机生产中得到验证和应用

Abstract

The study on microstrucuture

resistivity and mechanical property of Al\|Si\|Mn\|Fe alloys is carried out. A new kind of aluminium alloy with satisfactory resistivity and good casting properties and good mechanical properties for motor rotors with high torque and high slip is found. The new materials of aluminium alloy has been tested and applied to production of electric machnies with high torque and high slip.\=
