摘要

Ａｌ－Ｓｉ－Ｍｇ系的ＺＬ１１５Ａ合金是高强度、良好的耐海水腐蚀性能合金，已成功地用于壳体铸造。高强度，优良的耐海水腐蚀性能和良好的自然时效稳定性的Ａｌ－Ｍｇ－Ｚｎ系合金ＺＬ３０５Ａ，已成功地用于船用耐蚀铸件，船用舷窗铸件和水中兵器壳体铸件。高强度，高尺寸稳定性的Ａｌ－Ｍｇ－Ｚｎ系合金ＺＡｌＺｎ４Ｍｇ４合金，已成功地应用于惯性导航仪平台和支座，尺寸稳定性能达到设计要求

Abstract

New cast aluminium alloys developed in recent years are introduced systematically in this paper. ZL115A alloy in Al\|Si\|Mg system with high strength and marine corrosion resistance has been successfully used in advanced weapon case. ZL305A alloy in Al\|Mg\|Zn system with high strength

good marine corrosion resistance and age stability has made success in side scuttle

underwater weapon case and other casting parts subjected to marine corrosion. ZAlZn4Mg4 alloy in Al\|Mg\|Zn system with high strength and good dimentional stability has also been successfully used in platform and support of inertial navigator.\=
