摘要

一般离心铸造灰铁缸套组织中容易出现晶间石墨。采用自制的孕育剂

对铁水进行了瞬时孕育处理

达到了消除晶间石墨

提高抗拉强度之目的。讨论了含硅量对缸套组织和性能的影响。

Abstract

Inter dendritic graphite was removed and tensile strength was raised using self making inoculant to conduct instantaneous inoculation treatment for molten iron. Influence of silicon content on microstructure and properties of the cylinder liner was investigated.
