摘要

通过变质剂Al 10Sr对TiB2 /ZL10 2复合材料（TiB2 的质量分数为 3 %

下同）变质效果发现 :与ZL10 2合金的变质相比

使复合材料达到良好变质效果所用的Al 10Sr量显著增加 ;变质剂用量的增加与复合材料中的Ti、TiB2 无关

主要的原因是复合材料中的B与Sr反应生成SrB6

从而引起变质效果的下降 ;制备该种复合材料时

原料中的最佳Ti/B比为 2 .2 :1。

Abstract

The effects of Al 10Sr on 3%TiB 2/ZL102 composite were investigated.The results showed that compared to modification of ZL102 alloy

the much more amount of Al 10Sr was used for the composite in order to obtain good modification effects.The increase of Al 10Sr modifier has no relation with Ti and TiB 2 in the composite.But relation to the reaction of surplus B in the composite and Sr to generate SrB 6 in result of the declination of modification effects.The best proportion between Ti and B is 2.2 to 1 during the fabrication of composite.
