分析了大断面球墨铸铁轧辊在离心复合铸造生产中的主要难点

并针对这些难点确定工艺方案

同时针对此类轧辊可能产生的各种缺陷提出预防措施

在实际生产中成功制造出优质复合轧辊。

Abstract

The main problems of heavy compound ductile iron work roller in centrifugal casting were analyzed. The technique sketch was designed based on these problems. Some preventive measures for all kinds of possible defects were given. A qualified compound roller was manufactured successfully in practical production.
