The advantages and existing problems of zinc based alloy for plastics die were surveyed. The efforts should be paid in ingredient

processing and post treatment of zinc based alloy for plastics die. The zinc based alloy plastics die will develop rapidly with the demand for various plastic products on a small scale in market.
