High Temperature Fatigue Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Composite Reinforced by Aluminum Silicate
The high temperature impact fatigue characteristics of aluminum matrix composites reinforced by aluminum silicate fibre in comparison with ZL109 by squeeze casting has been studied. The results showed that the high temperature impact fatigue resistance of ZL109 alloy was better while its dropping rate was more rapid than those of A·S f/A composite with the increase of the testing temperature.
