摘要
针对国产蒸气间歇式预发机预发共聚物不易控制的问题
采用低压进气、保压预发及快速出料工艺
较好地预发出小粒径 (0 .3~ 0 .4mm)的国产共聚物
使预发后珠粒的干态堆积密度达到 0 .0 2 0~ 0 .0 2 4g/cm3;同时
用扫描电镜观察预发珠粒外表及内部组织结构
为得出最佳的预发工艺提供参考依据
Abstract
Aimed to the fact that pre expanded copolymer beads have a lot of troubles with quality control in domestic discontinuous pre expander
the technology for low pressure steam inlet
pre expanded during holding pressure and rapid material outlet is developed. The fine pre expanded copolymer beads(0.3~0.4 mm) with dry stack density 0.020~0.024 g/cm 3 are achieved. Morever
the examination of the structure of external appearance and internal fracture for pre expanding beads by SEM could provide technological references for optimum pre expanding process.
