试验了一种硅铝耐热球铁

各成分的质量分数分别为 :w（C） =1.8%～ 2 .8%

w（Si） =4.5 %～ 6.0 %

w（Al） =5 .5 %～ 7.0 %

w（Mn）≤ 0 .5 %

w（P）≤ 0 .10 0 %

w（S）≤ 0 .0 3 0 %

w（Mg） =0 .0 3 0 %～ 0 .0 65 %和w（RE） =0 .0 2 0 %～ 0 .0 40 %。此合金可以在 10 0 0℃以下使用。就硅铝耐热球铁的特性、选择和使用方法等进行质量控制作了介绍

Abstract

A Si Al heat resisting spheroidal graphite cast iron was developed and used at less than 1000℃. The attention of quality control was focused on the feature

choice and using method of Si Al heat resisting spheroidal graphite cast iron.
