The material of Al-Si casting aluminum alloy is widely used in the course of casting of aluminum wheels. The technology or art of composition control, grain refinement and modification of the alloy can heavily influence its character. The author makes some research on alloy treatment and casting process to put forward a reasonable approach on the manufacturing of alminum wheels.
