摘要

Al-Si系铸造铝合金在铝合金轮毂的铸造中应用广泛

合金的成分控制及其晶粒细化、变质处理等工艺对合金性能影响甚大。从合金处理、铸造方法等角度对其进行了分析和研究

以期为铝合金轮毂的制造提出较合理的途径。

Abstract

The material of Al-Si casting aluminum alloy is widely used in the course of casting of aluminum wheels. The technology or art of composition control

grain refinement and modification of the alloy can heavily influence its character. The author makes some research on alloy treatment and casting process to put forward a reasonable approach on the manufacturing of alminum wheels.
