摘要
对一些原来采用砂型铸造的小型圆筒形碳钢铸件
因铸造缺陷多、铸造废品率高
根据其H/D≤ 2 .0
且主要壁厚δ≤ 15mm
铸件单件质量 <10kg的特点
确定采用熔模铸造。试验比较了顶注式、底注式两种方案
试验表明
采用合理的底注式浇注系统和浇注工艺
能够获得质量较好的健全铸件
铸件的合格率可达到 90 %以上。
Abstract
Due to a great deal of casting defects and high rejected rate for small cylindric carbon steel casting with H/D ≤2.0
main wall thickness δ ≤15 mm and single piece weight <10 kg
it is determined to change casting in sand mold to in investment casting with both top and bottom pouring for experimental comparison. Results showed that sound casting and more than 90% qualified rate could be obtained using rational bottom gating system and pouring process.
