摘要

某单位用陶瓷型精铸生产的高铬钼白口铸铁浮封环废品率一直在 45 %左右

通过统计数据分析和金相组织观察

发现废品成因有二 :一是铁水成分偏离共晶点 ;二是热态整形校圆。采取控制铁水成分、取消热校圆和调整生产工序等措施后

浮封环总废品率下降到 10 %以下

取得了良好的技术经济效益

Abstract

The scrap ratio of floating sealing rings with high CrMo white cast iron was about 45% in ceramic mold. The reason of scrap formation was attributed to the composition far from eutectic point and heating calibration circle through statistic analysis and metallographic observation. The total scrap ratio of floating sealing ring decreased below 10% through controlling the iron melt composition

canceling heating calibration circle and adjusting production procedure so as to obtain the good technic economic benefits.
