摘要

增压速度对有气密性要求的压铸件质量影响很大

对于建压时间较长的设备

生产时可以利用压射系统所产生的冲击压力

以合适的快压射速度来弥补建压时间长所造成的压力不足问题。

Abstract

The velocity of supercharge have an important effect on casting that require air tightness. To that equipment can not produce pressure immediately

the blast shock pressure made in shot system with proper velocity can be used to make up the insufficient pressure.
