研究了陶瓷型壳精铸挤压铸造成型模的工艺过程、工艺特点以及工艺参数的选择等问题。对一般陶瓷型铸造时易出现的问题从理论上作了一些分析

同时结合大量的实践对陶瓷型壳废料的再生、型壳的水煮工艺等方面提出了自己的看法

作了一些探讨。

Abstract

The technical process and characteristics as well as the selection of technical parameters related to shaped die manufacturing for squeezing casting in ceramic shell mold were investigated. Some problems often occurring in conventional ceramic were analyzed theoretically. Some advices on the shell mould

reclaimation of scrapped

ceramic water boiling of shell mold were proposed and approached.
