摘要

介绍了用Cu Ti Sn Cr合金材料替代进口的Cu Co Be合金结晶器铜套。对Cu Ti Sn Cr合金的熔炼、铸造、锻造和热处理等工艺进行了研究。对研制的Cu Ti Sn Cr铜套进行了上机工业性试验

满足了水平连铸生产的工艺要求。

Abstract

The smelting

casting

forging and heat treatment of Cu Ti Sn Cr alloy were conducted. The industrial operation of the developed Cu Ti Sn Cr copper sleeve was carried out on running machine. The results showed that the sleeve could meet the technological requirements for horizontal continuous casting.
