Characteristics and Hereditary Harm of the Surface Inclusion in Cast rolling Aluminum Strip
The surface inclusion in cast rolling aluminum strip was observed and analyzed by means of SEM and EDAX. The results showed that the inclusion size ranges around 5~200μm and the inclusion consists of O
C
S
Cl
Na
K
Ca
Fe
Mg
Si. Impurity in raw and auxiliary materials
pollution in smelting casting process and abnormally purified treatment are the reason of forming inclusion. Heredity of the surface inclusion results in aluminum foils cracking and forming dispersively penetrated hole. The formation of entrapped slag could be prevented effectively by strictly controlling and up grading the process
