摘要

利用对比试验

运用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和XRD等手段对VC Fe基表面复合材料的耐磨性做了初步的分析研究。结果表明

V含量、VC颗粒形状及分布对表面复合材料耐磨性有明显的影响

含V量越高

VC颗粒越规则

近似球形并均匀分布的铁基复合材料具有良好的耐磨性

Abstract

Wear resistance of VC Fe base surface composites was studied by means of SEM

EPMA

XRD with comparative experiment. The results showed that the V content

form and distribution of VC particulate have distinctly effect on the wear resistance of the surface composites.Higher V content and spheroidal VC particulate with homogeneous distribution in Fe base surface composites

have excellent wear resistance.
