摘要

研究了镁合金半固态流变成形技术及装备。结果表明 :多功能螺纹元件组合的双螺杆制浆装置制备的浆料晶粒细小（10～ 5 0 μm）

固相率可在 5 %～ 5 0 %范围内调整 ;封闭式加热保温、快开快关控制的浆料存储与输送装置

较好地解决了浆料连续制备与间歇压铸的配套 ;生产的半固态压铸件

强度提高了 2 0 %以上

Abstract

Semi solid rheoforming technology and equipment for Mg alloy were developed. The results showed that the crystal cells with 10～50μm in slurry was prepared by the twin screw stirring mixer with multi function whorled components and solid fraction of the slurry can be adjusted in the range of 5%～50%. The better match between continuous preparation and intermitten pouring of the slurry can be realized by using the device for heating

holding

rapid two way switch control storage and transportation of the slurry in sealed protection. The strength of semi solid rehoforming castings can be increased by over 20%.
