摘要

采用基于Sun工作站SPARCstation 2 0的UGⅡ软件进行柴油机缸体铸件静压铸造模具的计算机辅助设计

借助CAD三维实体复合建模技术的可视性和可检测性

解决了模具设计过程中的疑难问题

如铸件外部表面及内部型腔在模具上的参精确数转换、内部型腔成型砂芯的优化分配和模具型腔各处配合尺寸的检测等

为CAM奠定了基础 ;同时也指出了一些有效的模具设计要点以及工艺参数的选定。

Abstract

CAD for molding tool of diesel engine block cylinder in static pressure casting was conducted using UGII software Sun SPARC station20. Based on the visibility and inspectility of 3D synthetic modeling

the problems in molding tool design

such as the accurate transference of inner cavity and outer surface from casting to molding tool

the optimum distribution of sand core for inner mold cavity and the inspection of assembly dimension of mold cavity

have been solved

which laid a foundation for CAM. Some key points and effective parameters in molding tool design have been offered too.
