通过对AlSn8Si2Pb2CuCr搅拌过程的模拟分析
得到了搅拌频率和搅拌电压与搅拌后熔体密度之间的关系
在分析搅拌条件对搅拌效果影响的基础上
确定了最佳工艺参数
即各线圈之间的相位差为 90°
搅拌频率为 5 0Hz
搅拌电压为7V时
能得到最为均匀的密度分布
计算结果与试验值吻合
Abstract
The relationship of stirring frequency and voltage with stirred molten metal density was given by simulation of stirring process for AlSn8Si2Pb2CuCr alloy. The optimized technological processes were determined through analyzing the stirring process simulation. The aluminum alloy melt with extremely uniform density distribution can be obtained with 90 degree the phase angle difference between the individual coils
50 Hz the stirring frequency and 7 V stirring voltage. The simulated results are well in agreement with the experimental results.
