11 grades in China
14 grades in USA
16 grades in Russian
11 grades in Japan. It is found that most of mechanical properties of the alloys are covered each other. There are much trouble with materials selection
processing
management and recovery. To solved above problems
two grades groups would be planned. One of the alloy is low cost with middle mechanical properties(σ b=150~200 MPa

e. g.
A356.0 in USA or ZL101 in China)while the other alloy is middle cost with higher mechanical properties (σ b=200~420 MPa
δ 5=2.0%~8.0%
e. g.
ZL120 in China).
