实际应用试验表明本系统较好地符合生产实际要求

Abstract

A new measure & contml system for moisture content in molding sand was introduced. We has developed a capacitant integral moisture sensor to conduct the measurement and contml for moisture in molding sand in the system that based on Micro-computer used as the main controller. The system with advanced data collection and automatic contml technique has the advantages of high control accuracy

reliable ran and convenient assembly & operation. The system could meet the requirement inpractical application.
