针对铝合金水冷板在铸造过程中出现的薄壁铜管变形、熔化等问题
展开分析研究
采取铜管两端定位、清洁铜管外壁、控制浇注温度、利用铸件内铜管通水冷却等有效措施
既保证了铜管与基体材料的无间隙复合
又保证了铜管的完整性
制造出完全满足技术要求的高质量铸件
Abstract
Deformation and fusion of thin walled copper tube inserted in water cooling plate for aluminum alloy during casting process were conducted. Based on some effective measures
including fixing copper tube in both opposite sides
cleaning outer surface of the tube
controlling pouring temperature
cooling water flowing through the copper tube
etc.
not only no clearance contact between copper tube and matrix material
but also copper tube’s integrality were ensured to fully meet technical requirement for highly qualified castings.
