摘要
采用热速处理试验、DTA热分析和TEM方法对ZA42合金熔体结构特征进行了研究
考察了热速处理对熔体结构特征的影响。结果表明
该合金在 810℃左右有热效应变化
随着快速冷却温度的增高
熔体结构趋于均匀
作为过渡相的灰相含量增加 ;同时合金中α Al固溶体的晶体常数增大
Abstract
The structure features of ZA42 alloy melt with TRT were investigated by DTA and TEM.The results showed that there appeared to be a heating effect in the alloy at about 810 ℃.As increasing melt temperature in rapidly cooling
structure of the melt tends to be homogeneous and to increases transition grey phase.At the same time
crystal lattice parameter of a-Al solid solution in the alloy increases.
