摘要

通过试验测试了铸铁件消失模铸造的充型速度。研究了工艺因素对充型速度影响的规律。测试结果表明 :铸件内液态金属模样界面的推移速度存在一定程度的波动

随距内浇道距离的增加

速度有降低的趋势。通过多元线性回归建立了充型速度随真空度、模样密度、浇注温度、金属静压头变化的经验计算公式

并研究了该公式在充型过程数值模拟中的应用。验证试验结果表明 :根据该公式得到的计算模拟结果与试验测试结果相符合

Abstract

Mold filling speed of iron casting in lost foam casting was experimentally measured.Effects of technological factors on the filling speed were studied.Experimental results indicated that there existed fluctuation to some extent in the removing speed of liquid melt\|pattern interface.The removing speed tended towards reduction with increasing distance from in\|gate.An empiric calculated formula of mold filling as a function of vacuum rate

pattern density

pouring temperature and metal static head was established through multiple regression. The application of the formula to numerical simulation for mold filling was studied.
