优化了半固态A3 5 6铝合金触变成形件轴瓦盖的热处理工艺
并进行了硬度测试。结果表明 :半固态成形后的轴瓦盖T6处理的最佳工艺制度为固溶温度 5 3 5℃
固溶时间 10h
时效温度 165℃
时效时间 5h。其硬度值 (HV)为 116.85MPa
此时析出相分布均匀
组织细小。
Abstract
Heat treatment process for semi-solid thixoformed A356 alloy bush cap was optimized by orthogonal method under the condition of heating in resistance furnace. The microstructures and properties of the bush cap were examined. The results showed that optimum T6 treatment for semi-solid thixoformed bush cap is shown as follows: solid solution temperature 535 ℃ for 10h
ageing temperature 165 ℃ fo 5 h. Hardness of bush cap Hv 116.85. Meanwhile
precipitated phase is characterized by uniform distribution and fine microstructure. The existence of thixoformed zone results in strengthening effects to some extent. The properties of heat-treated thixoformed bush cap are superior to those in low-pressure casting and other semi-solid methods also.
