介绍了在 110 0纯铝中分别加入适量自制杆状挤压态的稀土、AlTi4C1和AlTi5B1中间合金细化剂

观察铸态铝和铝箔的金相组织

测定铝箔的力学性能。试验结果表明

在纯铝中添加稀土、AlTi4C1比添加AlTi5B1更能细化其组织

且添加AlTi4C1的组织均匀性尤佳。对它们的细化机理作了讨论

Abstract

Influence of appropriate self developed extruded rod like RE

AlTi4C1 and AlTi5B1 master alloys on 1 100 aluminum plate and foil was studied through observing the microstructure and testing the mechanical properties. The results showed that the refinement with RE and AlTi4C1 master alloy for Al plate and foil is much greater than with AlTi5B1 master alloy

particularly the microstructure refined by AiTi4C1 is more homogeneous. And then the refining mechanism was discussed.
