摘要

研究了挤压铸造制件和模具的结构特点

提出了具体、实用的分类编码系统

同时以典型制件及其相应模具为例给出了它们的详细编码

并通过计算机予以实现。结果表明

该编码系统在实际应用中取得了较满意的效果

达到了预期目的

可供其他类型模具编码借鉴。

Abstract

A available divided coding system was provided on the basis of structural features of the workpiece and die in squeezing casting. The detailed code of the typical workpiece and its die was given and programmed through the computer. The results showed that the coding system has better effect with expected purpose in actual run and can provide a reference for coding of other type of die..
