与传统的重力铸造和真空吸铸相比具有优异的充型性能

非常适用于薄壁铝合金铸件的生产

Abstract

Based on selective laser sintering（SLS） rapid plastic prototype with precision casting technology

metallic parts are made. The thermal degradation characteristics of plastic powder for prototype is studied. The rapid casting process from 3D solid mould to metallic parts was designed. The preparation of ceramic shell and casting process of metallic parts are expounded and the part accuracy is measured.
