摘要

针对实型铸造生产工艺的特点

结合我公司多年来对实型铸造生产工艺的改进

提出在产品模型的分型方案的设计、发泡成型所用干蒸气的获得、浇注系统的布局、造型振实台的结构和浇注完成后所产生的废气处理等工序中一些有效措施

使铸件废品减少

工作环境得到保护

Abstract

Based on some effective operation experience and improved measures in full mold casting

pattern parting design

acquirement of the dry steam for foamed moulding

arrangement of gating system

structure of vibro-table and the removal of waste gas were provided in terms of lost foam casting characteristics so that rejected casting have been reduced and environmental protection has been realized.
