摘要
在特定气压力场下实现铝液充型和凝固的反压铸造技术
能有效地提高H+ 在铝液中的溶解度
抑制铸件凝固过程中因H+ 析出而形成针孔的缺陷。同时
压力场又明显提高了铸件与型腔的密着效果
致使铸件获得比其它方法更佳的冷却效果
从而使铸件具有更细的结晶组织
大大提高了材料的致密性和力学性能。在汽车整体铝合金车轮中
具有特殊要求的大偏距载重型车轮的研制结果证明
用该法不仅能满足中型载重车轮的力学性能
且能有效适应良好铸造表面的抛光轮、电镀轮等产品的需要
Abstract
Counter Pressure casting technology in given air pressure to realize filling and solidification for aluminium alloy melt can effectively raise dissolvability of H + in aluminium alloy
and restrain the casting from forming pin holes due to the separation out of H + during casting solidification. At the same time air pressure can obviously improve adherence effects of casting with cavity so as to make casting get better cooling effects than other methods. As a result
the casting gets a smaller crystal structure
thus densification and mechanical properties are greatly improved. This article expounds the research result of big offset load type wheels
which have special requirements in manufacturing integral aluminium wheels for cars. The result proves that the method can satisfy not only mechanical property of midtrucks
but also the need of polishing and plated wheels which require better casting surfaces.
