共晶相呈均匀细小的蠕虫状结构。高压增加了溶质原子在固溶体中的固溶度
减少了枝晶偏析。讨论了高压对凝固组织的影响
Abstract
The microstructure change of solidified ZA43 alloy at high pressure was observed. The alloy exhibited fine microstructure with random distribution
nocoarse dendrite crystal and different shape
as well as near cellular crystal in some transverse section. The eutectic phase seems like uniform and fine vermicular structure. The high pressure improves solid solubility of solute into solid solution and reduces the dendritic segregation. The effects of high pressure on the solidification structure were discussed.
