SiO2 与Al发生完全反应
形成均匀Al2 O3 /Al复合层 ;当w(SiO2 )达一定量时
反应速度反而降低 ;保温时间为 6~ 8h
反应速度最快
之后变慢
Abstract
Al 2 O 3 /Al Si composites were fabricated by the reaction of SiO 2 glass powder with molten aluminum. Effects of SiO 2 addition
reaction temperature and time on reaction speed were investiga ted. The microstructure of the composites were observed at various reaction temp eratures and holding times. It was found that SiO 2 fully reacted with Al t o generate uniform Al 2 O 3 /Al compound layer with lower SiO 2 add ition while reaction speed decreased with higher SiO 2 addition. The fastes t reaction speed occurred at holding time for 6~8 h
subsquently decreased. Com pound layer greatly increased with the increase in reaction temperature.
